Behind the scenes we offer a team of friendly, local personnel who are on hand to assist you during your stay in Zimchu. The team is available to help you with any questions or enquiries you may have either before you set off to Zimchu, or during your stay in the rental apartments. Importantly our staff are on hand should you have problems during your visit to Thimphu and will of course be happy to help with recommendations or referrals to other providers such as hotels and tours using their local knowledge of the city centre

On a final note, should you be considering an extended stay in your vacation rental apartment we will be happy to negotiate a price for an apartment rental for a long term period of up to a month. Bear in mind no estate agency fees will be charged for a long term and we are able to offer prices at the fraction of the cost of even budget Thimphu hotels.

Our short let Apartments accommodation is clean, comfortable and self contained, meaning your stay in Thimphu will be enjoyable and stress free, so you can take pleasure in being in Bhutan's royal capital, rather than worrying about your accommodation. Our apartments represent a true alternative to staying in a Thimphu Hotel.

We offer a range of mainly one bedroom  apartments, of different levels of luxury up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Selected apartments include features such as room heating, 24 hour security (concierge), parking and secure parking, wifi internet (broadband internet), apartments with lifts, and apartments suitable for corporate (business) lets and rentals.

Ever since Zimchu Service apartment was established, the occupancy rate was above the expectations of the management since it's early entrance in the market. This would not have been possible without the trust laid by our clients in our services.

At the beginning of its inception as a fully furnished service apartment in the kingdom, one of its kind, we were privileged to host the guest of SAARC meetings held in the capital.
